The strategic role of HR has increased in value in recent years, and it has become a key part of business activity. New technologies have spread and become part of our every day lives: cloud based services and mobile devices. To follow these tendencies and to serve new customer requirements, we started our strategic development project, the creation of our 4th generation NEXON4 HRM system.  Our purpose is the implementation of a competitive, integrated HRM-framework, starting with a workforce planning/management function.
