NEXON started to promote its best employees 10 years ago
Every year we award our best colleagues who contributed the most for NEXON’s performance.
The Lion Claw is awarded for those new employees who can fits quickly and perform above the expectations. In 2015 Péter Nagy got this award who works in the Research and Development team.
The Employee of the Year title is awarded for the colleague whose performance was the most outstanding amongst the best. In 2015 it was Tamásné Stefán, senior service manager , who has a huge professional experience and she shares this knowledge with her colleagues with pleasure.
Our third title is the NEXON Diamond Award. We reward those colleagues who continuously perform outstandingly for several years contributing to NEXON’s business success and has excellent professional and human attitude. In 2015 it was Gabor Kunos, Operational Manager, who works for NEXON for 15 years with persistent enthusiasm taking charge of uninterrupted operation of NEXON’s infrastructure.
