Our second year of degree training has started

After a successful first year, on 3rd October 2015 studies for the second Human Resource Business Administration degree course commenced at Janos Kodolanyi College, supported by NEXON. The aim of the course is to enable graduate HR professionals to advance beyond the conventional administrative role of HR, and to be able to support business managers through their work in addition to performing key human resource management tasks .

The syllabus for the course has been created as a joint exercise between NEXON’s professionals and the College’s teachers.  Any graduate can enroll for the course.

The course commenced on 3rd October with Lajos Henczi – NEXON Academy’s professional leader – delivering a lecture about learning and talent management. Also from NEXON, Marton Szücsy will teach Organizational Culture, Business Ethics and CSR, Hajnalka Smid-Sótonyi will lecture on Leadership and Zoltan Lovás on Organizational Development. In the near future NEXON’s Gizella Ménesi, Amroun Rachid and Judit Nyeste will join the teaching group as scheduled by the College.

According to feedback our experienced lecturers were welcomed by students, who appreciated the real-world basis of the lectures for providing ready-to-use knowledge. This is why our educational approach is problem oriented, as opposed to being subject oriented. Those NEXON professionals who take on the challenge of the lecturer’s role are able to contribute their up-to-date and practical professional HR and business knowledge to the learning process.
