Hanna Csenterics, project manager and organization development consultant, represented NEXON at the conference's labor market roundtable. The theme of the roundtable was future HR solutions. Among other issues, the impact of digitalisation on the organization of companies has been raised. Hanna Csenterics explained that digitalisation also means a change of corporate culture.

As an example, she talked about the introduction of the recently completed NEXON HR Outsource service for 7,000 employees of a german automotive manufacturer, which included the NEXON_PORT employee and manager self-service system. During the introduction, special emphasis was placed on communication and education to help change the culture within the organization. In fact, the HR self-service system means that many of the tasks that HR has performed so far are transferred to managers and directly to employees. It is important that all stakeholders see and take advantage of this: managers will have direct access to their subordinates' data so they can pull down queries and reports without the involvement of HR.
